Ordering information
The displayed products can be ordered through the Penta-Elektrik webshop which is based in Baja, Hungary, with home delivery by courier (in Budapest and all over the country), or in person by the customer or his / her representative.
The prices shown for the products are always in Hungarian Forint and include 27% tax, however, they do not include the fee for home delivery or handling (cash on delivery, packaging).
If you want to make a purchase, you must also provide the information required for the first purchase, such as your name, billing and shipping information, e-mail address, and password for later access in case of registration. There are no obligations to register. We reserve the right to change the price until the order is confirmed.
Logistics, Delivery
Packages are delivered on working days. As a delivery address, it is advisable to provide an address where the courier can be received continuously during working hours (or during the specified period) and ensure that the consideration for the shipment and the delivery fee, as well as the cash on delivery fee, can be paid to the courier.
Shipping charges
In the case of international shipping, we always calculate individual delivery fees, which are given when confirming the order.
Payments
In the case of an international transaction, advance payment is required in all cases, which is done after receiving order confirmation.
Delivery by advance payment
the products in stock will be sent within 24 hours in case of a working day after the administration of the final amount of the invoice in our bank account. Other goods will be shipped by individual agreement. (By appointment by e-mail or telephone). We will send our invoice together with the goods.
Damage caused during transport
Our company is responsible for any damage caused to the product (s) until the delivery of the order, which occurred during the delivery of the goods to the Buyer until the date of receipt. Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier upon delivery, and in the event of any damage or defect on the packaging / products, request a report and do not take over the package! We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without minutes.
In the event that the goods are damaged or stolen during return by the Buyer, the Buyer shall be liable.
Attention! Packages returned by cash on delivery (COD) or port cannot be picked up.

Parameters for normal delivery
- Package weight: max. 30 kg
- Size: max. 175cm
- Package belt size (circle size + width): max. 300 cm
Custom delivery parameters
- Package weight: from 30 kg, or
- Size: from 175cm, or
- Package belt size (circle size + width): from 300 cm, or
- for orders requiring special delivery solutions, and
- we charge a packing fee for individually shipped products.
In the order confirmation, we indicate the products with individual delivery needs.
